Mail-In Service Instructions

If you want to mail in your shears for sharpening, please follow these steps:

• Protect your shears before shipping by using a cardboard shipping box, paper towel, or bubble wrap.
• Enclose the following information with your shears:
  
  • Your full name
  • Your return address
  • Your contact number
  • Your email address
  • Your preferred payment option (Venmo, Cash app, Invoice Pay online, PayPal)
  • Any specific service needs or problems with your shears
• If you have high-quality shears that are marked as “Made in Japan” or “Handmade in Japan”, we recommend using insurance on your shears while shipping.

• The mail-in service cost is $50 per pair, which includes sharpening, all taxes, replacement parts if available, and shipping with up to $300 insurance. For additional insurance, please contact us by call or text at 214/843-4966 or 214/843-4977.
• We accept all brands of shears.
