Shears are very sensitive tools 

A box and some bubble wrap will protect your shears during shipping. or use original packing box your shears came with.

Put a rubber band around the tip of the scissor.

Wrap the shears in a paper towel, tissue paper, bubble wrap or plastic wrap for extra protection.

Place them in a sturdy box.
